My yoga teaching is for everybody and every body. For those who can or can’t touch their toes. For those who may feel anxious. For those who want to stretch their minds as well as their bodies.
Yoga makes me feel worthy and capable and strong. Yoga has never judged me. Never made me feel unworthy. Never asked why I was wearing tights that had holes in them. I’m here to help create a comfortable environment for your practice. I hope to see you on the mat soon.
