About me. Having fallen in love with yoga as a way of managing anxiety in 2012, I trained in Vinyasa Flow with Radiantly Alive Yoga in 2017, completing my 200-hour certificate in beautiful Ubud, Bali. The rigour of this training helped give me discipline with my practice both on and off the mat. After teaching in Melbourne at multiple studios and curating my offerings, I took on another 200-hour training with Yoga for Humankind towards the end of 2019. This time training in trauma-informed Hatha, it helped me gain a deeper understanding of what it means to teach invitational, community classes that are adaptable to each student.
I offer classes to those who might be new to yoga, as well as those who have a steady, familiar practice.
