Jo Woods is a health counsellor and coach helps people work through troublesome issues and phases, get clarity on who they are and how they want to live and then help them to stay on that path.

Dr Malcolm Mackay is a General Practitioner with 30 years of experience in medical practice. He has a broad range of skills across the full spectrum of general practice. His practice is based at Clinicare, Fitzroy, Melbourne. He also provides Skype consultations for patients from other regions of Australia.

I began seeing Dr Malcolm at the beginning of 2016 when I first began a vegan diet and is wealth of knowledge when it comes to switching your diet to a plant based one.

Myotherapy

I’ve had myotherapy done in the past but never fully understood what it was. After completing my yoga teacher training and learning more about myofascial movement and how everything is connected in our bodies – it opened up a whole new world!

Ainslie Bryce is a myotherapist located in Northcote and helps ease my pain in any muscles when tightness gets stuck!
